It was developed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with the help of a panel of experts from around the country.

    Who is this quiz for?

    Millions of people struggle every day with the reality or uncertainty of being able to get the resources (e.g., healthy food, utility bills paid, adequate housing, etc.) absolutely necessary to live well. People of all different ages, backgrounds and life situations may at one time or another in their life face one of these issues.

    Take this quiz if you are worried that you or a loved one might not have what’s needed.  

    This tool is NOT meant for people under the age of 18.
