According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) normal body temperature is 37 degrees C (98.6 F) and a low grade fever is between 37.5 and 38.3 degrees C (conversions below).  A normal oxygen level is between 95 to 100%, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
